Thanks for shopping with Battskin. This policy outlines how we process and ship your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to prepare. Estimated production time is shown on the relevant product page.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight and dimensions of your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra): 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only — actual delivery times depend on the carrier and may vary, particularly during peak periods.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched, and re-delivery to an incorrect address may incur additional charges.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us at sales@battskin.com within 7 days of delivery.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking first. If there is no update for several days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
